This Privacy Policy applies to the PERP Application ("Application") for mobile devices, developed and provided by Bytecode Infotech ("Service Provider") as a Free service. The Application is provided for use on an "AS IS" basis.

- Pages/screens viewed within the Application

- Employee attendance tracking
- Field visit verification
- Live employee monitoring

Location data may be collected even when the Application is closed or not actively in use, depending on enabled features and granted permissions.
The Application only accesses location data after obtaining user consent through Android permission requests and in-app disclosures.
Location information is used solely for business and operational purposes and is not sold to third parties.
Users may disable location permissions at any time through device settings. However, some features may not function properly without location access.

For a better experience, the Service Provider may request personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

These permissions are used only for Application functionality and operational services.

The Application does not currently use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process personal user data or provide AI-based automated decision-making features.

The Application may use trusted third-party services that may collect information used to identify users, including:
- Google Play Services
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
- Cloud Messaging Services
These service providers only access the information necessary to perform their tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

The Service Provider may disclose user data:

- To protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud

- To trusted service providers working on behalf of the Service Provider
